Original artwork description:

This small oil painting was painted from life in my studio. I love the play of the oranges against the purples in the vase, and keeping things simple helps me focus on my brushwork and edges. It was great fun to capture all those little reflections on the vase.

This is a companion piece to my other painting with an orange and the same vase. They will make a great display together. The painting ships unframed with a coat of varnish. If you have any questions, do write in. :)
