Charcoal on Ingres paper. Signed on the front. I have a white orchid at home that has given me flowers that last a long time. This enabled me to draw it without feeling the pressure of time. I used the technique of charcoal for I thought it was perfect to render the soft whites of the flowers and the velvety feeling of the blacks.
