I think somewhere along the line there was a man shouting "Orange Umbrellas for Sale" while doing a rain dance. Then it happened. His day has been made, rain and rain and more rain. So the commuters ran for the orange 'weapon'. They are happy and Rain Dance man is happy. A happy city scape and may be you can hear the salesman shouting Orange Umbrellas for Sale. Varnished and sides painted black. Sent off with an authenticity certificate.
