Artwork description:

Hand printed woodcut on fine natural Japanese Kozo paper, made from mulberry bark.

This is an artist’s proof, the only one with blue background. It is made with waterbased inks in the handmade process. I carved the blocks and used a bamboo baren to rub the image onto the paper, in the Japanese style.

This lightweight paper benefits from being mounted on a white backing.
