Transformations

I observe nature every day
this increases my sensitivity
Towards energy and psychic processes
Which I transmit on paper as if they were meditation exercises.

I can feel the intensity of the colors I’m imagining,
inspired by the light on the sea
I see them as energy working inside me
strengthening myself when I’m tired
Encouraging me when I’m intimidated.
Healing me when I’m hurt

The sea current, so dynamic, helps me to melt frozen thoughts, blocks;
leads me to question dualistic concepts by extending them into a space of infinity.
My watercolour paintings function as an evidence of these processes, and creating them serves me to perceive them more sensitively:

I see cells full of life, inhaling and breathing.
I can feel the synapses in my brain, dancing while making new connections.
Inspired by all new impressions
I imagine my organs, in their stream of activity, invisible but continuous
I enter my heart
Which expands.
