This week is Mental Health Awareness week. I've had my fair share of MH ups and downs. As many of you know art is a therapy for me, a huge part of keeping me well. I can go into the studio with major angst, and reappear much calmer, and sometimes even smiling! Today was one of those days and this is what transpired. It's emotional, full of movement and striking hues, a reminder of the beauty of nature's elements.

This painting is on artist quality slimline cotton canvas, and stretched with strong wooden bars. With painted sides and varnish it is ready to go with no need for a frame. There is a signature on the front and on the reverse is the Title, a date and signature. All my works are accompanied with a unique Certificate of Authenticity.

All my works are gently and individually packaged and their protection is reinforced with strong cardboard packaging to secure safe passage. Paintings are sent tracked, and a signature is requested upon delivery.
