Artwork description:

A 5 colour screen print of a January morning in Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire (known as 'Slawit' to locals). This is the view looking down the Huddersfield Narrow Canal
towards Spa Mill.

This image started life as a digital photograph (I love taking photos and capturing places and scenes that inspire me). Through a lot of hard work and effort, I transform my original photographs into screen printable artwork.

I print my screen prints by hand with a lot of care and attention at my studio in Slaithwaite. I also print at West Yorkshire Print Workshop in Mirfield, where I've been a member for many years.

Colours: Light pink, mauve, light brown, dark brown, and light blue.

If you'd like to collect the print in person from my studio in Slaithwaite (rather than have it shipped), please purchase in the normal way and I can refund the shipping fee on collection (after purchasing you can message me to arrange collection).
