One of a kind painting “Impression. Chalkida, Greece” was drawn from life during my bike trip in Greece in 2021.

I have pleasant impressions connected with this city. When I was painting on the seashore, local residents approached me to ask who I was and what I was doing. We met and talked a little. And then they brought two bottles of beer and a local shawarma and treated me to. I was very happy with this gift, because I was pedaling on my bike all day and didn't really eat.

Drawing an evening sketch while drinking cold beer and eating delicious local food is a pleasure. Such hospitable people in Greece.

In my work, I wanted to express the warmth of feelings of gratitude and joy for such cases and such wonderful people on my way. The work is dominated by the ratio of orange and purple shades. These colors reinforce each other.

The picture is elegant, rich and modern. Well suited for a modern interior in any style. Painting can be placed in the bedroom, in the hallway or in the dining room and it will delight you and all your family with its warmth and joyful emotions.

Materials:
The work was written on professional French pastel paper Canson art pastels. Especially for this plot, I took a warm yellowish paper as a basis, which serves as a unifying lining for the entire composition and emphasizes the warmth of a summer evening in Greece.

The format of the picture is 32.5x32.5 cm. For good preservation, after purchase, pastel painting will definitely need to be decorated under glass in a frame and a mat. This can be done by taking the picture to the framing workshop in your city. It is advisable to choose the color of the frame and the mat that is harmonious to your interior and the painting itself.

Delivery:
I will deliver the painting either directly from Greece where I am now on a creative business trip or upon returning home. For good preservation, so that the pastel painting is not smeared, I will pack it first in special acid-free paper, and then in several protective cardboard layers. I will send by postal delivery service. From the previous experience of sending from Greece, it will be delivered to you in time from 10 to 20 days, depending on where you live.

Now I travel the world by bike. But I have a dream of a workshop house on wheels based on a minibus, which I will specially convert. I will live, travel and paint in it. Each painting sold brings me closer to my cherished dream.

By purchasing my painting you become a part of the community. I already have a small amount of what I need. In such a workshop on wheels, I can draw with great convenience and create even more good pictures while traveling.

I really like my work and I get great pleasure both from the very process of creativity and from the result. I get moral satisfaction from the realization that with my creativity I also give joy to other people.
