This work tells the story of a girl who grew up in an industrial environment but does not care. She has adapted and loves her youth. She feels good; ON TOP OF THE WORLD
I assemble original photographs, matching paper, acrylic, oil, charcoal, ink and pencil in my work. The variety of resources I can use has proved indispensable to me. I always liked the appearance of weathered walls, covered with peeling paint and old posters. I revisit this aesthetic with a keen and professional eye. The creative purpose of my work is to "do something beautiful by deteriorating". My paintings explore the dissonance between old and new materials, intertwined in the most beautiful way that can create dreamlike and melancholic images.
