This is an oil sketch, 30x40 cm, painted on a professional linen canvas. The work was created on plein air by a lake near my home. This beautiful lake is framed by a distant forest. I love working outdoors because the fresh air and natural surroundings inspire me the most. I can see the true colors and convey the energy of nature in the painting. I believe such works are special because they carry the feelings and inspiration of the moment they were created.
