In this illustration, I wanted to capture the spirit of Bonnie Prince Charlie. I depicted the moment when he leads his army into battle. He is a significant figure in both England and Scotland. I aimed to convey his courage, poise, and self-assurance. Immersing myself in the study of the clothing and people of that era, I felt as if the brush began to paint the characters, their attire, movements, and facial expressions on its own.
