Original artwork description:
Portraits from Companiers set is combination of painting and drawing on fiberboard. Basicly dominates mainly work with lights and shadows, fields and gesture, widely used scale of colors, techniques and paint-printmaking approaches.
The origin work-title was Heads, but as they were spreading over my studio, they have became my companiers during the summer evenings. This is why each of them got its own „familiar“ title, not just a serial number of portrait.
