Olive Nude #663 The hand-carved female nude made of marbled olive wood is hollowed out on the back. The one-piece, free-standing sculpture has long openings on the sides. As a result, the light shines through the sculpture from behind and gives the heavy, compacted olive wood a certain lightness. Due to the different processing of the surfaces, the upper body appears a bit darker, sanded smooth and oiled, and the coat with the rough traces of a rasp. The logo roko (Roland Koepfer) is carved on the back. The sculpture alone weighs only 1146 grams. The ceramic-like, air-dried modeling clay weighs 125 grams, the shaped head with cloth. It is unfired, treated with chrome spray and is an option to play with the sculpture, because this additional part can be added or omitted as you wish. The photos show the possibilities.
