Original artwork description:

The "Old Wooden Wildmills" sketch done at a plein air day trip to Pyrogovo, an open-air historic museum near Kyiv.

SIZE: This watercolour is original and small, 23 x 31 cm or 12 x 9 in. Thanks to its size, the artwork can fit into most standard frames available in decor shops, and add a warm sunny mood to your house. I am including a photo from a location where I did it, to give you understanding of its actual size.

TECHNIQUE & MATERIALS: The artwork is done in a wet-on-dry technique on an acid free paper which will last for decades if not centures without colour alteration (if kept in good storage conditions).

STORAGE: The artwork needs to be kept far from direct sun, as it affects the colours of the sketch, bleaching it.

COLOURS: Please be aware that the original colours of the painting may slightly differ from what you may see on your mobile or laptop screen.

FRAMING & PACKAGING: The watercolour of this size is shipped flat, unframed (no mat as well), sandwiched between 2 cardboards and wrapped in clear film to provide a stiff background and prevent possible damages to the painting. It is done in order to reduce parcel's weight and shipping costs. However, the size of the watercolour allows its fast and budget framing using standard mats and frames from your local decor shops or art framing services.

SHIPPING: I will be happy to ship this artwork to your country via a national post courier, with tracking, or any other courier of your choice for an extra charge according to courier's shipping prices.

~ Please note that not all national post couriers exchange tracking information between them, which means that you are not always can track the parcel after it leaves the country of origin.
