Original artwork description:

I found some pieces of old rusty metal behind my studio. They had lots of interesting patina so I used them as "inspiration" for this painting. I also did a smaller version that is posted on Artfinder.
Old Metal XL is a one of a kind, original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint on 5 mil archival grade mylar. I have stayed with my usual pallet of warm “earthy” colors.
The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

All my work is done on Dura-Lar mylar artist film. It does not have to be stretched like canvas or watercolor paper. It is easy to mount on any type of board: plywood, masonite, foamboard, etc. I include simple mounting instructions with each piece that I sell. You can see these instructions at the “me at work” section of my shop. I include a hanging strip and a drywall hanging device. Everything that you need to mount your painting except the board.
