This is my new series inspired by the paintings of old masters. Since my main inspiration is flowers, I am interested in learning about different forms of their manifestation. I am inspired by the coming out from darkness that was inherent in the Dutch depiction of flowers. That's why I chose an umber background, in which the back petals appear as a slight hint, while the light areas of the flower are maximally contrasted and reveal the character and shape. The artwork is sent stretched .
