Old Galts Ferry

This is a place where I like to go, just to relax and think. And paint, of course!

Galts Ferry is a spot on Lake Allatoona, where you can see what remains of the old ferry that crossed Little River back in the 1940s, I think. It is not far from where I live, in Kennesaw, Georgia, USA. A beautiful wooded area on a beautiful lake.

Painted on site, en plein aire, in watercolor. The image size is 8 x 10 inches, hinge matted with acid free white matboard. The mat measures 13 3/4 x 15 3/4. This painting will be shipped to you unframed.
