Painting Winston Churchill 12x16 _x000D_ Acrylic Painting with pastel on paper_x000D_ I use acrylic paint with an airbrush free hand no pre sketch or stencil._x000D_ I carve the face in spray essentially. This way I can exaggerate emphasise focus on the core of what I am trying to achieve _x000D_ In the case of Winston Churchill. I focus on the spark and strength. Without Winston Churchill we would have lost the war and the world would have been very different. We essentially owe this man’s strength of conviction our lives. _x000D_ This is the fourth portrait of Him I have done the other three have sold. I’m a London-based artist, and my work often reflects vivid and surreal imagery inspired by my unique experience with REM intrusion—a condition where dream-like visions can appear while I’m awake. My paintings explore the boundary between waking reality and the dream world, using layered compositions to create a sense of depth and movement. I paint with high-quality materials and put a lot of thought into texture and detail. My process is a mix of intuitive brushwork and deliberate layering, aiming to create pieces that are rich in emotion and invite you to see something new each time you look at them.
