I really liked the rich and bright color of this flower. And it was interesting for me to try to depict her on canvas. In general, lily flowers are complex and mysterious for me. The aroma of this flower is ambiguous. It's very intense.

It is no exaggeration to say that this amazing flower conquered the whole world, since its description can be found in religious treatises, and in ancient mythology, and in medieval painting, and on the arms of French kings. In terms of their popularity, lilies are second only to roses, firmly occupying their niche both as an indoor flower and as a wonderful decoration for a garden and a pond.
