The second in this series. I created a homemade wooden floating frame for this one. Painted in white enamel.

As an artist, like others before me I have to push myself to try new things.

I've been experimenting with Ochre's and Earth colours in the pursuit of Australian inspired Abstracts.

Each study is approached in the same way any artwork is created. I continue to explore shape, line and composition until I feel something from the work. To me each one tells a story.

I prefer to leave that up to the view in most cases. Warmth and layered with great texture. 

Frame size 27.3 x 27.6 x 4.2 cm.
