Original artwork description:

Inspired by the Poem 'Burnt Norton' by T S Eliot: can we ever really touch the still point of the turning world, when all is movement, where the past and future are gathered, there is both a new world and the old made explicit.
How do we live in the present moment while everything is in constant flux, the present is already becoming the past and the past can feel more present than the immediate.

Materials used:

Pencil on gesso primed wood
