Fish jumping out of the water to escape predators or when hooked in the mouth, they'll use this as a last resort. Hoping, a vigorous shake, and a big water splash knocks the hook loose. But not always...

A large painting of a big fish jumping out of the ocean waves. I was inspired after a day of ocean fishing with my family.
I painted a singular interpretation of my connection with nature by working with color, line, and texture. Painting has an original and modern feel and a nice texture. This piece was so much fun to create! I hope you love it too!

Abstract seascape painting in shades of grey, soft white, beige, light ocher, and black. It would sit perfectly in a contemporary or midcentury setting, over a sofa, in the Livingroom, Entrance Hall, bedroom, dining room or in the office.
