Original artwork description:

"Ocean Storm "
60x48 inch x 2" inch
152x122 cm

In this work, I've woven raw emotion with acrylic and oil to capture the tumultuous spirit of the sea. Employing impressionism's fleeting beauty and minimalism's powerful simplicity, I've forged a stormy narrative where the contrast of dark rolling waves against a hopeful horizon invites contemplation. This piece resonates with the viewer's inner strength and the eternal dance of calm and chaos. It will infuse any space with a soul-stirring, dynamic presence.

This series of contemporary paintings is called "Nature in Motion", and is mostly depicting different types of landscapes, with a modern sense of speed and movement. I want to remind through my artworks that we are living in a modern still beautiful world that is full of calmness, tranquility, and unique color combinations made by Mother Nature.

"Bo Kravchenko’s oil paintings are a true celebration of the medium. Working intuitively - with the deftest of touches - he finds beauty in the simple things that surround our everyday lives. I particularly love Bo’s atmospheric landscape paintings, which really demonstrate his mastery of colour. Confident colour combinations and bold compositions give Bo’s landscapes a distinct contemporary feel that elevates his work within the traditional genre, often blurring the line into abstraction. On the surface there is a tranquility to the landscapes, but their anonymous nature gives them emotional charge, as we are encouraged to create our own narratives about the pieces. Bo creates works you want to keep exploring and coming back to." Alice, Lead Curator
