In this painting I endeavoured to capture the depths of the ocean, the ever changing shadows of the sea, and to make you wonder what lies beneath. I wanted to give the impression of depth, but with a light touch, like spray on the top of the water.
This painting is unique, colourful and textured. I used brushes to blend the background, with palette knife strokes to create movement. The painting has silver highlights to catch the sunlight.
This high quality painting comes painted on the sides, ready to hang on gallery wrapped canvas, varnished for protection and signed on the front.
