Who says a painting needs just four corners? This work is the first part of my newest series containing multi-panel canvases, adding an extra dimension of geometric flare to the abstract concepts that I explore.
Dive into this fluid underwater adventure teeming with bubbly color and motion, as if a wave splashed onto the canvas and left its imprint of energy.
This painting was created using paint of varying density to achieve a natural cellular effect with soft-tone aquatic colors and (while still wet) infused with vibrant and metallic pigments with a very fine-tip applicator.
This work continues onto the sides and so is ready to hang unframed if desired. A triple layer of gloss varnish protects the painting from sunlight and UV rays.
acrylic, metallic pigment, sand medium, polymer gels
