L’opera è una rappresentazione astratta dell’oceano.
La tecnica è colori acrilici su tela 68x68x0,1 cm.
Il dipinto è il risultato di una ricerca astratta sperimentale, chiamata “Folded Art”.

La rappresentazione su tela è stata piegata più volte con colore fresco all’interno per creare effetti simmetrici e ripetitivi nella composizione.
Il gesto pittorico conferisce all’opera un effetto “dinamico” che caratterizza il moto ondoso e ripetitivo del mare.

L’opera non è su cornice per motivi estetici in quanto deve essere appesa all’interno di una cornice senza essere stesa.

The work is an abstract representation of the ocean.
The technique is acrylic colours on canvas 68x68x0,1 cm.
The painting is the result of an experimental abstract research, called “Folded Art”.

The representation on canvas has been folded several times with fresh colour inside to create symmetrical and repetitive effects in the composition.
This gives the work a “dynamic” effect that characterises the repetitive wave motion of the sea.

The work is not on a frame for aesthetic reasons as it is to be hung inside a frame without stretched .

Other interpretation

It’s an abstract representation of “Ocean”.

The rippling of the wave was made using the “folded art” technique. The sea is represents as a vertical wall of blue chromatic signs.

Infinity becomes a very high wall that does not allow you to see beyond.
