It was a sunny summer day, and I pondered over choosing a spot for my daily paintings. Today, I felt like painting water, so I headed to a park with ponds. One of the ponds had pedal boats for rent, and I was captivated by how they peacefully glided along the water. Wild ducks swam alongside, hoping for a piece of bread or some other duck delicacy, creating mesmerizing patterns on the water's surface. I found an empty bench by the shore and began the enchanting process of squeezing various colors onto my palette. And immersed myself in the meditation of painting...

This etude was painted from life in Nivki Park, located in Kyiv, Ukraine. The painting is executed with high-quality oil paints on sturdy cardboard.

This is an oil painting on cardboard measuring 24x30cm, or 10"x12"

The painting is sold unframed.
