Original artwork description:
STUDY. My intent was to approach a typical theme of the painting of 1800, without my usual deformation of the human figure. I was inspired by the Impressionists, but I wanted to add a touch of modernity too, thus the source of light on the right, which is cold, almost electric. On the contrary the light on the female figure is warm. The shape of the background elements is blurred to highlight the woman in foreground.

gesso primer, vinyl colors, oil
