Original artwork description:

self portrait pretty bare. This piece won me a place as a finalist in Sky Art's Portrait Artist of The Year and appeared over and over in a large collage of The Mona Lisa on Clapham Common,London.

I love human flesh, I love the folds, contours, and colours. I wanted to show myself stripped as bare as possible without being naked, no makeup, wet hair, just plain me. Hands usually find their way into my portraits, I am fond of hands and try to include them.
