I am used to finding inspiration in other people stories. This time I am looking in the mirror.
I have started with building my own models from old pillows, dressing them in my own clothes and shoes, eventually they needed real faces and legs. First it was my friend, my sister , and now it is my own face on those pillow dolls .
It feels terrifying to confront yourself.
