Evanescent memories, softened colours, the breath of passing time…
Need to enter into a pastel color atmosphere, the need to change register between two paintings, as an alternation of breathing.
Curiously I am not at all nostalgic, but it is an atmosphere and a refinement of colors that surrounded my godmother, the elderly ladies of my childhood.
I hope this painting brings sweetness, refinement, tenderness and elegance.
