Dedicated to life up North! This linocut is named after an old train service that would run through the North-East of England at one time, it's also part of my 'Tyne Series'. The words 'Northern Line' are written in graffiti style lettering, which helps give the work an urban feel. The artwork shows the Tyne bridge and railway bridge in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and is a celebration of my home region.
This is a special limited edition linocut printed directly onto vivid Montana 94 spray paint colours of pink and blue, blending to become purple in areas, giving a very nice twilight feel.
Only a very small number of these prints have been made, each one unique due to the nature of the processes involved.
Your print will come wrapped in protective tissue paper to reach you in the best condition.
If you have any questions relating to the work before purchase please don't hesitate to ask me.
