Original artwork description:

'North Bay, Scarborough' is a small mixed media painting on primed paper. I have used oil paint, charcoal, pencil and soft pastels to capture the drama of the turbulent clouds and breaking waves. I really love the North East coast and one of my favourite pass times is sitting on a beach watching the sea swell.
I had the idea that this work could be either be framed or displayed as it comes, simply propped on a shelf or mantlepiece like a favourite postcard. With that in mind, I have mounted it onto white paper then backed the whole with printed handmade paper.
The painting measures 11.5 x 7.5cm approx.
Overall measurement is 13 x 10cm approx.
The painting is signed on the front in pencil and the work is titled on the white paper surround.
The painting comes wrapped in acid free tissue paper and is posted in a reinforced envelope using Royal Mail 1st class signed for service to the UK and by international tracked to everywhere else.
