NOMAD IV (Film Rebate), New York. Richard Heeps has photographed the iconic Empire State building in the mist. The NOMAD sequence of photographs capture the art deco architecture illuminated by changing colours, and is part of Richard's street photography portfolio which depict the colour, fabric and structure of cities with distinct style. This 6x7 format edition is bordered by the Kodak film rebate.
