January 2019 was unusual for Andorra. There was no snow in Grandvalira ski resort, and Pyrenees was uncovered. It was sad for us as snowboarders, because of no freeride zones, but it was good for me as an artist! Mountain contains a lot of colors and interesting transitions between lights and shadows, so I captured it in study and made a big painting from it when came back home.
The artwork was done with oil paints on a primed art canvas stretched on a wooden subframe. Shipping is carried out in a cardboard box with acid free tissue paper wrapping at least two layers of bubble wrap. Thank you.
