About the artist:
Ross Hendrick is a cartoonist / street artist, published in famous British comics such as Viz and The Beano.
He paints bright, bold, smiley, colourful characters, usually with a darkly humorous and often satirical twist.
Merging the innocent, looking characters with a graffiti style to provide a hilarious contrast, his paintings capture the raw grittiness of the streets, alongside the comic style humour. This is emphasised by using street art tools of marker pens and spray paint.
