Layers of acrylic on a 84x42in canvas. This piece arrives in a roll, in which the customer may have stretched by a local frame shop or artist. The canvas extends roughly 3 inches on each side from the listed measurement. The painting continues on for two inches of them, allowing it to flow over a 1.5" deep stretcher bar.
The work involved in crating and freighting my large work has finally gotten to me over the years, so I’m seeing how this method goes over. This can really ease the pain of shipping costs and stress while in transit.
