Original artwork description:

I found a small statue in a second hand store and imediately I was inspired by the cheesy, catchy look and the flashback into 80ths New Wave.

This is the second artwork inspired by the dancing couple. The first one is called „True Love“. I see a story in the new one, the second one: It shows a new perspetive oft he couple, they grew up and now it´s not about love anymore. While they are still dancing, a sign hovers over their heads, representing the wish to have children.

This piece is made out of an ornament I got to collect in a former bar and a baby-head-figure I also found during second-hand shopping. This little adorable face raises a smile everytime I look at it.

Different materials, different pieces coming together, building something new.
Two human beings coming together, building a wish and out comes something new.
