NIGHT LIGHTS - canvas
My favorite models are women, lost in their intimacy, caught in their mental spaces. Suspended emotions, experiences had or simply desired. Beauty belongs to everyone, I am an artist and I feed on life. At the bottom of our consciousness we want to test the secret repertoire of our "uninhibitions."
The work of art comes from the artist, in a mysterious, enigmatic, mystical way. My inner desire determined the formal aspect of the painting, to create things that do not vanish into thin air, my actions, my feelings , my thoughts. I loved the girl portrayed, the thoughts, the memories, are the subtle but concrete material that forms the works of art. The artist is the priest of beauty, it is beautiful what is born from inner necessity. The memories of my past, are always alive in me, especially now that I find myself canute and perhaps wiser. How beautiful is youth, that one flees nevertheless !
