Original artwork description:

I am always inspired by looking through densely wooded terrain, such as this region of the New Forest, UK. The resulting painting uses very loosely applied brushstrokes and mark making to describe the chaotic but beautiful characteristics of the forest. The dimensions given are for a cropped presentation i.e. with a mounted border, or uncropped if you prefer to view the whole work (including 'messy' edges).
