Original artwork description:

An original acrylic on canvas artwork by Australian artist Scott Maxwell.

A representation of the neurochemical effects brought on by chronic pain and the drugs that are used to to make that pain manageable. The messages sent and received by the brain the receptors firing off, constantly acting and reacting. This is my inspiration for this and other works of mine.

This painting is on a thick edged gallery wrapped canvas. The edges are painted black and a wire is attached to the back so it is ready to hang on your wall.

Materials used:

acrylics
