Original artwork description:

This painting explores and celebrates the vibrant colours and turbulent movement of the ocean. Innovative use of mixed media and much layering of pigments and washes are used to create magical maritime colours and shapes. Looking through the waves one sees the troubled waters moving into a smooth calming harmonious sequence of the elements.

Painted onto a hardboard panel, ready to frame, ( a plain white surround without glass is recommended). This highly contemporary work has a textured surface some of whose are highlighted with silver coloured metal foil. This adds an extra dimension and a contemporary twist. Signed and sealed on the reverse.
