This painting explores and celebrates the vibrant colours and turbulent movement of the ocean. Innovative use of mixed media and much layering of pigments and washes are used to create magical maritime colours and shapes. Looking through the waves one sees the troubled waters moving into a smooth calming harmonious sequence of the elements.

This textured abstract is painted on two slimline canvas and is strung, ready to hang.
