An extreme version of my usual style in that the colours are exceptionally vivid, bright, vibrant and psychedelic. Such a huge boost of energy and vitality. Inspired by my love of flowers, English meadow, interior design, pattern and exploration. I start with an idea of what I want and then end up in a completely different place, and that for me is the absolute joy. This is also why my work varies so much, each piece is a different journey. This one is textural in parts due to my brushstrokes and marks. It has been painted using gold standard acrylics on canvas. It had been sealed with acrylic varnish to seal and protect the surface.
