This painting was inspired by a view across the North Yorkshire moors, looking past the long grass to the heather and hills beyond.. The painting was made using acrylics and gesso on canvas, incorporating textured techniques to recreate the grasses in the foreground. The canvas is painted around the edges and is ready to hang.
