Artwork description:

Aerial photography landscape of the Nazca desert and mountains.

This photograph is an overview of the Nazca Valley and Desert as we were flying back from having seen the Nazca Lines. We hired a light aircraft to take us on a guided sightseeing if the magnificent Ancient Nazca Lines Geoglyphs. I love flying in light aircrafts and helicopters as it's a nicer view than with larger aircrafts flying at much higher altitudes. I's a better perspective where you get a much better feel of the landscape, and you're not so high up that you can't see signs of life down below. I found it fascinating watching the people and cars below as we hovered above the desert on this trip. I particularly liked this view as we were flying back. For me it's a very serene scene with this vast landscape of desert and mountains and its very warm tonality.

Beautifully Giclée printed on Hahnemuhle Pearl paper - a slightly textured 285 gsm. semi-gloss paper which holds more detail with punchier colours than a matt paper, whilst maintaining a illustrative/ painted feel.

Technology: Epson UltraChrome HDR Wide Gamut Inks with archival life expectancy: 40 years daylight, 200 years in dark.

All prints are professionally printed to ensure the absolute best quality and consistency. I pride myself in strict quality control, hence I only use top professional printers based here in London, that I am content use very strict colour consistency checks and use the very best of printing techniques available. This of course greatly increases production costs, but give me and my customers the peace of mind that I deliver a supreme quality artwork.

Materials used:

Hahnemuhle Pearl - 285 gsm. semi-gloss finish.
