Still watching the world go by...
I created this unique mult-layered mixed media artwork shortly after its companion work, Nant Gymreig, also available here on Artfinder. both were made was using a host of individual studio techniques and materials, and both were inspired by walking a brook in a valley in Wales, just to the west of my studio.
I'm Tony Roberts, a sculptor and artist working from the woodland studio I built with my wife on the English-Welsh borders. My work is deeply inspired by the brilliance, colour and sharpness of glass - a view of the world shattered and reformed, full of surprising colour, sharp detail, and movement. I work with the human figure and nature using paper, photography, digital media and print to compose my work before finishing it with paint, ink and pencil, creating the multiple-layered, fractured and colourful artwork you see here.
There are a very limited number of smaller editions of this artwork available. These prints are professionally produced on premium canvas using solvent-free latex inks, stretched on substantial spruce frames, and finished and signed by me, by hand. All these artworks are signed on the back, and are ready to hang.
Buy both these artworks together, and save. Just let me know you'd like to do so, using the Artfinder offer button on both works, and claim a 20% discount on both.
I can supply this work ready-framed if you wish, at cost, just ask for details.
