My ravine is my paradise ( Мій Яр — Мій Рай)
The place where I breathe in wind and sky, catch poems and get inspired. Where I write poetry lines on grey weekdays and paint life in bright colors.
It is beautiful! The hills look like giant waves. Every season they change their color: white, green, yellow… My paradise.
It is my motherland, the picturesque village of Moryntsi, Zvenyhorodka district, Cherkasy region, Ukraine.
In the Ukrainian language, if you read the transcription of the word for ravine in reverse you'd get "paradise".
Original watercolor 76x56cm (30x22in). The artwork is unique and one of a kind.
