This is a painting that tells a story of the door. From when this door was young it wore the colors of bright orange. Then red, green and purple. One summer it radiated in bright yellow, then navy for the winter months. With each passing year the colours changed, and each coat of paint reflected its seasoned layers and the passing of time. This wise old door is now weathered and worn, but not broken. In its age we see its true beauty. Welcome to my door.
