"Muscle Builder" is a perfect example of Hunter's highly fluid, expressionistic style -- which so often results in arresting images with a sense of depth and sculptural form. Black and white (with a touch of color), expressive, whimsical and elegant. This medium-sized vertical abstract is full of intriguing forms and would stop traffic anywhere you place it. Like other paintings in his Excavation Series, Muscle Builder features texture derived from multiple layers of storytelling. This image is its concluding chapter.

Painted with acrylic on a 30 x 40 x 1.5 inch gallery-wrapped canvas. Carefully packaged and shipped in a double thick cardboard box for maximum protection. Accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
